*Protein function prediction, use of BLAST, PFAM, CLUSTALW, MUSCLE, HMM Software (w0.5 and hammer), phylogenetic tree construction (Phylip package), interlog analysis.

*Genome analysis, genome annotation and clustering (using CD-HIT, KLUSTER EXPRESS and in-house pipelines).

*Microarray performance and analysis.

*Comparative model construction.

*Computational languages :Perl in UNIX environment, some hands-on experience in statistics application R and database query mySQL.

* Genetic screens, gene cloning, primer design
